Popular Sapele lawyer and Okpe renaissance advocate, Kingsley Akpederin has announced the passage of his beloved mother unto glory.
In a statement sent to LawTimes.Ng, Akpederin announces that:
“My mother, Mrs. Delphina Ejimenyerie Akpederin (Nee Ukueje) of Deghele Elume and Okuovu Ozue both of Sapele LGA, danced to the other side of eternity after battling against cervical cancer for almost three years. She breathed her last at about 6 am on 4th October 2021. She was three weeks shy of 70.
Help us pray for her peaceful transition.”
Until her passage, the late Mrs. Delphina Ejimenyerie Akpederin devoted her life as a teacher to the education of pupils in Okpe land in Delta State of Nigeria. She was a devout Catholic and was involved in extensive philanthropy with her personal resources.
Publisher of LawTimes.Ng, Frank Tietie expresses his profound condolences to the entire Akpederin family.
